Hosiery House Wears, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-made sportswear, casual wear, fishing wear, hunting wear, boxing, and fitness wear. Since most of our products are custom-designed to meet your specific preferences, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our custom creation process.
By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
1. Custom Orders
As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item is defective or there was an error in the manufacturing process. Please carefully review your order before confirming it to ensure that all customizations, such as size, design, color, and style, are accurate.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has been manufactured incorrectly, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund. To initiate a return or exchange for defective or damaged items, please follow these steps:

- Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the defective or damaged product.
- We may request additional information to process your claim (e.g., order number, shipping details).
Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed. If your item is eligible for return or exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending a replacement.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, style, or color), we will offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, and provide the following details:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the incorrect item.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item, we will process the correct replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply no longer wanted or if you change your mind after placing an order.
Please double-check all order details (such as size, style, color, and custom specifications) before confirming your purchase. If you have any doubts about sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance prior to placing your order.
5. Return Shipping
For eligible returns or exchanges (e.g., defective items or incorrect orders), Hosiery House Wears will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to a change of mind (for non-defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If we provide a return shipping label, please make sure to return the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact). Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. Refund Process
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if you change your mind or need to make modifications to your order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or alter custom orders, as they may already be in production.

8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as for returns:

- Once we verify your claim, we will assist you with the exchange process.
